Protein engineering

Tahoe Bio combines the latest advances in structural & computational biology to deliver protein engineering solutions. We have a breadth of experience engineering stable antigens for antibody discovery and can work with you to design the optimal set of antigens or subdomains to ensure success. Our expertise in antibody structural engineering can help you take your lead candidates to the next level. We specialize in mAb humanization, alternative mAb backbone design (such as scFv or bispecific construction), developability assessment, and liability reduction.

We’re leveraging our team’s foundation in structural/computational biology to design next generation algorithms.
